Field Testing of a DAC to Fuels Prototype

OxEon and Global Thermostat, a pioneering company in Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, will partner to conduct a field demonstration of liquid fuel production using CO2 extracted from ambient air.

OxEon and Global Thermostat, a pioneering company in Direct Air Capture (DAC) technology, will partner to conduct a field demonstration of liquid fuel production using CO2 extracted from ambient air. By utilizing CO2 captured from the air through DAC technology, Global Thermostat offers a renewable and dependable carbon feedstock to power OxEon's Fischer Tropsch (FT) Reactor, ultimately enabling carbon-neutral fuel production.

OxEon will design and build a FT system capable of generating 3 liters/day product to validate the DAC to FT technology. Joint system commissioning scheduled for 2024.
