Quality Manager
OxEon is looking for a driven, experienced quality professional to lead the effort to build our Quality Management System to achieve AS9100D certification, establish and manage our inspection team, input into continuous improvement and drive compliance as we scale our manufacturing facilities.

Job Responsibilities
- Formation and Management of the Quality Department (Compliance, Inspection, Quality Engineering, and Calibration)
- Lead the build and implementation of OxEon’s Quality Management System to obtain AS9100D certification
- Aide in the coordination of product transition from R&D to production
- Direct the Corrective Action process (CAR issuance and tracking, CAR Board Lead)
- Quality Department KPI ownership for communication and corrective action planning to drive continuous improvement in the company
- Establish and manage the internal audit system to certification, customer, and internal requirements
- Implement control charts and other statistical tools to feed product compliance and consistency
- Communicate with all departments for change control and quality
- Perform Department Gap Analysis to identify key resources needed during company’s growth
- Participation on OxEon’s Business Team for risk and issue identification and mitigation
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Minimum Experience Requirements
- Minimum five years' experience in Quality in a related industry.
- Minimum three years’ experience in a Quality Management Position
- Experience with developing and implementing a QMS
- Experience with developing inspection methodology
- Familiarity with statistical analysis
- Experience leading teams in a quality environment
- Experience working in a regulated industry (i.e. medical, aerospace, defense, nuclear…)
Preferred Experience Requirements
- Expertise in AS9100D or ISO
- Certified AS9100D or ISO internal Auditor
Minimum Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in manufacturing, engineering, or in an industry-related field of specialization.
Preferred Education Requirements
Master’s or greater degree in Engineering or in an industry-related field of specialization, preferred CMQ/OE
