Calvert Energy Group and OxEon Energy enter strategic license agreement

OxEon Energy LLC and Calvert Energy Group have completed negotiations and signed a strategic license agreement giving Calvert exclusive market rights to OxEon Gas-to-Liquids (GTL) technology in geographic areas that include Russia, Africa, the Middle East, and South America/Mexico. Calvert is also likely to be granted rights on a case-by-case basis for other geographic areas. As an example of rights granted to additional areas, OxEon and Calvert have agreed that Calvert will have exclusive rights to OxEon Technology for a project by Calvert in Turkmenistan.

Under this agreement, Calvert will have the rights to finance, design, build, own, and operate projects within the designated markets. The OxEon GTL technology includes its non-thermal plasma catalyzed autothermal reforming technology and modular Fischer Tropsch (FT) reactor. The technology provides full modularization and scalable, smallest installation footprint, lowest power consumption, and shortest time to market. OxEon will work closely with Calvert to ensure this best-in-class technology is maintained and adapted to meet the needs of Calvert’s clients.
